Warranty

How long is the warranty?

A screen is a long-term purchase, so the warranty matters. Here is exactly what Kuycon covers, for how long, and where.

Two years in the EU

Kuycon monitors are covered for two years within the European Union and 12 months internationally, from the date of purchase. The applicable period follows the delivery country of your order.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that stop the monitor working normally, such as a failed power supply or video input, or serious display faults.

Where it applies

The warranty applies to monitors bought from Kuycon on kuycon.co or from the authorised resellers listed there. Units bought on third-party marketplaces or from unauthorised sellers are not covered by the free warranty.

To make a claim, contact customer service with your order number and evidence of the fault; confirmed defects are resolved by repair, replacement or refund.

Covered across the range

Every current Kuycon monitor carries the same warranty terms.
